The Kiltix Tick Collar aids in the control of Paralysis ticks for 6 weeks. It also kills and repels Brown Dog, Bush ticks and fleas for up to 5 months after application. Dogs and cats usually pick up ticks in their fur when moving through areas of long grass or scrub. When the paralysis tick attaches, they feed on the pets blood and releases a deadly toxin which can result in death. The Kiltix Tick Collar is most effective when worn continuously, this should only be removed for swimming or bathing.
